Meet the Judges of the IHF IGP-FH World Championship 2025

With competitors arriving from across the globe, the IHF IGP-FH Hovawart World Championship 2025 is honored to be guided by two internationally respected judges. Their experience spans continents, breeds, and disciplines—ensuring excellence at every level of the competition.

Outi Hermiö

I am Outi Hermiö . Many thanks for the invitation to judge in IGP-IFH WC for hovawarts. I started dog sports in 1993 with Boxers, and since 2000, I have had Malinois. I have competed with my own dogs in both IGP and IFH.

I received my judging qualification in 2012, and I have had the honor of judging IGP and IFH in Finland, Europe, and China, in both all-breed and specific breed championships.

In IFH, I value a dog's willingness to work, drive, concentration, ability to solve problems independently, strong and ground-scented tracking, and balance.

I wish every competitor good training sessions and, of course, successful performances in the competition itself. Remember to enjoy the journey. See you in September.

Aivo Oblikas, Estonia

I have been training dogs since early 90-s. Dogtraining is for me a passion I really enjoy. I train regularly dogs in my group in all IGP disciplines since the 90-s and my trainees have been in Estonian championships every year in podium since 2007.

In 2025 I had winner and 3-rd place in Esonian IGP championships from my group. During all these years I have trained more than 100 dogs to different results. 

I have competed at world championships 9 times with my different dogs (2 times FCI IPO, 1 time FCI IPO-FH, 3 times FMBB IPO and 3 times IDC IPO).

I have achieved several podium places at Estonian championships with different dogs in IPO and also IPO-FH.
